In this program, I provide everything you need to lose weight, create a lifestyle change and integrate new, healthier habits; there is no guesswork for the client. Through weekly support, education, and practical strategies, you’ll learn how to eat well, trust your body, and maintain results without the burnout. This program is 12 weeks to see optimal results.

Investment: Minimum of 12 weeks: $900 CAD (or $300 every 4 weeks)​

What to Expect

  • Free virtual intro consultation - 30 mins

  • Weekly Check-ins where we assess your previous week and adjust any nutrition needs. Check-ins are based on multiple aspects of life to properly support a weight loss journey. This avoids any risk of burnout or high amounts of stress.

  • Unlimited access to Coach Desiree via email or text between check-ins

  • New meal plan weekly that is 100% customized to your nutrition needs. Meals are individual to a person’s caloric intake, food preferences and allergies.

  • Meal plans are provided along with a grocery list, recipes and amount of food guidelines. There is no planning or guesswork for you.

  • Guidance on supplemental needs, such as vitamins to caffeine, creatine and more

  • You have the option for continued support once your 12-week commitment ends

  • Lifetime access to guides and resources that are provided during your program
