Tangy Dill Dressing

Happy New Year! With an incredible year behind me, I'm ready to get back on track after the holidays and of course that means new recipes! With the salad craze starting up again with all the new year resolutions, I decided to make an easy dressing to whip together. I love seeing all the types of salads but they are often sabotaged by high calorie dressings, so I'm here to save your lunch!

Ingredients:

350 Grams Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt

1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

1-1 1/2 Grams fresh Dill

1 Tsp minced Garlic

Juice of one Lime

2 Scoops pure Stevia powder (to taste)

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix together well. Best stored in an air tight container for 3-4 days.

  2. I love this recipe for the versatility of it. I also use it as a dip for fries! Once mixed well, all ingredients can be adjusted for your taste buds. Enjoy!
