I spent my childhood eating jam on absolutely everything! It wasn't until my late twenties I realized how much unnecessary sugar they add into something healthy! This recipe is guilt free, inexpensive and done in ten minutes.
What you will need:
600 grams Frozen Strawberries
15 grams Organika Bovine Gelatin
Optional Stevia or Monk Fruit to taste
How to make:
1. Bring strawberries to a simmer and let the juices start running.
2. Mash well and sprinkle in your gelatin and sweetener.
3. Remove from heat and wisk until the gelatin is evenly distributed. Pour into a mason jar and allow to set in the fridge.
Enjoy, and don't be afraid to try out with all different kinds of fruit! The combinations are endless :)
