Add all ingredients to your food processor:
1 cup All Natural Hazelnut Butter
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
4 tbsp. Canned Coconut Milk (full fat or light if you want to lower the calories)
4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 tsp. Stevia (to taste)
Set aside extra shredded coconut for rolling.
Once processed, roll into balls and coat with extra coconut. Place into fridge.
While balls are cooling, melt 100% bakers chocolate in a pot and add stevia to taste.
Dip balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper to put in the fridge until cool.
Note: Can be stored in the fridge for a week or 2 months in the freezer! You can use any nut butter of your choosing! For the chocolate, I use bakers 100% chocolate bar. Since the bar is dairy and sugar free, I use a bit of coconut oil and stevia to add sweetness :)
