Cranberry Tahini Trail Mix Bars

I love quick grab snacks, however those usually turn into store bought snacks that are packaged and full of unnecessary ingredients. These granola bars are not only gooey, salty and sweet but they are healthy! With the combination of seeds, oats and healthy fats, they keep you satisfied while you are on the go, or even for dessert! Ten minutes is all it takes before you head out to get groceries!


Ingredients you will need:

1/2 Cup all natural Tahini

3 Tbsp pure Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Cup Gluten Free Oats

1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 Cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries

1/4 Tsp Himalayan Salt


  1. Heat a small pan over low heat and add tahini, maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir well, once melted, remove from heat and pour in to a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients!

  2. Press mixture firmly into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for 45 minutes.

Note: You can feel free to add in any of your favourite granola bar nuts and dried fruit! You could try any nut or seed butter as well. Store in the fridge:) Enjoy!
