Welcome to Cards and Carbs! My mission is to ensure that athletes of all levels have access to the best nutrition information and resources. I want to help you fuel your body and mind with healthy, nutrient-rich foods that will help you reach your peak performance.

 

specialize in sports nutrition and helping athletes understand how to meet their individual needs. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or maintain your current fitness level, I have the expertise and resources to support you.

In the Athletic Performance program, we take everything we've learned and start with the basics. From hydration to taking in those well-needed carbs pre-session we take it one week at a time, to get you on track for your next race, competition or training block!

In the course of the program, you will notice:

  • Feeling more energized during your training session and recovering faster 

  • Sleeping deeper, and longer and waking up refreshed

  • Attaining food freedom and restricting less while focusing on gut health

  • Living your daily life with less stress and anxiety while focusing more on the present 

  • Crossing the finish line after your race with a sense of accomplishment instead of defeat 

  • Working up to your age group heat, hitting the podium or placing top 3 in your competition

What the program offers:

  • Check-ins via Video call 

  •  Access to me via email or text in between sessions,if necessary 

  • Customized program based on your busy schedule and lifestyle - no one person is the same and the program reflects you personally

  • Lifetime access to guides and resources to help you continue with your race and competition performance

Deep Health Daily Nutrition

At Cards and Carbs, I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their health and wellness goals through the power of nutrition. I offer a variety of nutritional programming, from meal planning to one-on-one coaching sessions, to help you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I am committed to helping you make long-term, sustainable dietary changes that fit your lifestyle and taste. I’ll be with you every step of the way as you take charge of your health.

  • Emotionally eating while you're upset or during happy times  

  • Constantly trying a new diet each week without success

  • Brain fog, lethargy, mood swings, bloating, upset stomach and no motivation for goals 

  • Being fooled by misinformation online and are cutting out food groups that leads to binging or "eating bad" on the weekend. Beginning a new diet on the Monday of each week

 In the Deep Health program, we take everything we've learned and start with the basics. With carefully thought out questions, I get to know you and we identify your strengths and the best next steps. Each week will be a new stepping stone to feel free, disciplined and a healthier version of YOU. 

In the course of the program you will notice:

  • Weight loss or weight gain - which ever we are working towards

  • Eating more mindfully and feeling satisfied off more whole foods with less cravings 

  • Attaining food freedom and restricting less while attending family events, nights out and enjoying the weekend. Emphasizing the importance of gut health and digestion.

  • Living your daily life with less stress and anxiety while focusing more on the present 

  • Gaining new skills in the kitchen for meal prep and learning how to enjoy food that you have cooked and prepared. 

  • More daily energy to tackle work, your fitness lifestyle and still be able to play with your children at the end of the day!
