Athlete Performance Program

This 4 week program is ideal for any level of athlete in any sport. Those who may be struggling with eating during running, having a snack before a lifting session or need guidance on their individual hydration needs. This program helps support you with managing GI issues while training, creates a sense of accountability and fosters a healthy athlete/life schedule. In the Athlete Performance program, we start with the basics and progress at a speed that works for you! From hydration to taking in those well-needed carbs pre-session, we take it one week at a time, to get you on track for your next race, competition or training block! This program is 12 weeks minimum to see optimal results.

Race Week Blueprint

The week leading up to your race is just as important as the race itself. I’ll guide you through each day with structured daily nutrition to keep your energy steady and on track. I provide you with a customized carb-loading plan (race-dependent), along with a fully detailed hydration plan. Your race/game day plan is included in the Race Week Blueprint program. This program has 7 days of personalized nutrition coaching that include daily check-ins and adjustments, short-term fueling and a recovery strategy. It is a great trial option before committing to the Athlete Performance Program.

Fuel Your Best Race Day
$100.00

This one-day strategy is designed to help you give it your all on race/game day. It includes everything you need to know to crush your goals. I provide you with high carb meal recommendations the night before to maximize glycogen stores. We take a look at the fuel you have been using during training and base your pre-, intra-, and post-race fuel on what works for you. There is no guess work: I will tell you exact timing of your carbs, fluids and electrolytes based on your needs for your specific race/game and day of weather. Have peace of mind of your big day to focus on performance!
